Carlie has been teaching in the fitness industry since 2010. She is strongly versed in Pilates with Mat, Reformer, Trap/Cadillac, EXO chair, Barrell and Spine Corrector knowledge, with experience teaching in large and small groups as well as one-on-one sessions. Carlie’s passion keeps her attending regular classes and continuing education seminars around the bay area.

The beauty of Pilates is that it’s honestley for everyone, no matter your age, background or physical limitations. Pilates is a great whole body workout, focusing on the breath to connect deeper, using mindfulness to move more intelligently, and working on the core muscles for balance and stability. Carlie tailors each session the individual’s needs and goals while incorporating methods from barre, mat Pilates, interval training and reformer Pilates.

Carlie is currently taking clients for private Pilates sessions at Crossroad Fitness. It’s conveniently located in the peninsula between San Mateo and Burlingame.
